Auf der diesjährigen CERC (09. bis 10. September 2021 als Online-Veranstaltung) organisiert das Projekt »Bildung 4.0 für KMU« einen Workshop zum Thema »Zukunft der Bildung«.
In diesem Workshop möchten wir uns mit Expert*innen und Praktiker*innen zu verschiedenen Themen im Bereich Bildung austauschen. Wir konzentrieren uns hier auf Erwachsenenbildung, gewerbliche Bildung und Weiterbildung.
Im Projekt beschäftigen wir uns mit den Themen Mixed Reality, Wissensmanagement, Lehrvideos und Motivation. Wir freuen uns über Einreichungen zu diesen und anderen Themen im Bildungs-Kontext.
Auch wenn die CERC eine wissenschaftliche Konferenz ist, möchten wir in diesem Workshop sehr praxisnah diskutieren. Daher laden wir hier ausdrücklich Personen ein, die sich in der Praxis mit Bildung beschäftigen, wie etwa Ausbildende und Lehrende.

Nach Präsentation der Einreichungen als Impuls-Vorträge
möchten wir uns ausführlich in einer
moderierten Diskussion über diese Themen austauschen.
Auch aktive Phasen sind geplant, in denen beispielsweise
etwas ausprobiert oder vorgestellt werden kann. Für Vorschläge
hierfür sind wir offen – reichen Sie diese gerne ein.

At CERC 2021 (September 9 – 10, 2021 as online event) the project »Education 4.0 for SMEs« is organizing a workshop on the topic »Future of Education«.
In this workshop we would like to meet with experts and practitioners on various topics in the field of education. We focus here on vocational education and training.
In the project we deal with the topics Mixed reality, knowledge management, instructional videos and motivation. We are happy to receive submissions on these and other topics in the educational context.
Even though CERC is a scientific conference, we would like to discuss in this workshop in a very practical way. Therefore, we explicitly invite people here who are in practice with education, such as trainers and teachers.

Procedure
After presenting the submissions as impulse presentations,
we would like to talk about these topics in detail in
a moderated discussion.
Active phases are also planned, in which, for example
something can be tried out or presented.
We are open to your suggestions for this – please feel
free to submit them.
